Ultherapy
Ultherapy is the name of the system used for non-surgical face lift. Focused ultrasound waves descend to a certain depth and create heat and reach coagulative temperatures of 60-70°C under the skin and stimulate collagen.

Ultheraphy (Ulterapi in Turkish) is a system designed to stimulate the collagen production of the skin by sending focused ultrasound energy to the base layer of the skin without surgical intervention and without damaging the surface of the skin.
Ultherapy; Unlike laser systems, radio frequency energy, surgical interventions and other technologies, it works with a non-surgical (non-invasive) method. You do not need any special preparation or skin care before application.
After your skin is cleaned and prepared for the application and the areas to be treated are determined, the ultrasound gel is applied to your skin and the application head is placed on your skin. Then, using the ultrasound imaging feature of the device, it examines the layers of the skin to determine the optimal position for the transfer of treatment energy to the skin and allows the focused ultrasound energy to be applied under the skin.
During the application, it is felt at a low level that energy is transferred deep into the skin, which is an indication that the collagen production process is initiated in the skin.
There are no restrictions to be considered after the application.
There may be redness on the skin immediately after application, but this redness may disappear within a few hours. Some people may experience mild swelling, tingling or sensitivity to touch, but these are mild.
Ulthera uses sound energy that allows it to bypass the surface of the skin to treat depths unmatched by any other non-invasive cosmetic device.
Ultrasound stimulates collagen production in the underlying skin and a clinically significant tissue increase can be achieved over two to three months. Some lasers rely on light energy that cannot reach deeper skin layers.
Since Ulthera stimulates a person’s own collagen production, how long the results last depends on the individual. Although results may appear for two to three months, they can last for a year or longer. The treatment is aimed at producing new collagen from the inside, but the natural ageing process of the individual determines how soon this will translate into outwardly visible results. Future retouching treatments may help to provide more control over the ageing process, which varies according to the individual.
